Our webshop is only available to UK customers right now. We’re working on making it available to our international customers too.

When are you open?
The offices are open from 8.30am-5pm. Spares orders are processed until 1pm. Any orders received after this time are processed the next working day.

How much is delivery?
Next day delivery is £16.50 but this is dependent on the size of your order. Large items may be packed on a pallet which is at a cost of £100. This is applied automatically on checkout.

Do you offer Saturday deliveries or pre-10.30am deliveries?
Unfortunately, the only service we offer is next working day.

I’ve missed the cut off time. Will I still receive my item next day?
Every effort will be made to dispatch your item the same day if it’s in stock but our cut off time is 1pm to allow us time to pack your items ready for a collection by our courier.
 
I’ve ordered the wrong part. Can I return it?

I’m missing an item from my order. When will this be dispatched?
The majority of our parts are packed in bubble wrap to ensure they arrive to you safely but sometimes they get “lost” in the box particularly smaller items. If after checking these still cannot be found, please call the main office where we will resolve it as soon as possible.
